Hello. Where can I check the effective date of my OPERS enrollment? I have looked through the My Profile tab and can only find a date for the Address section.

      Deborah,

OPERS does not list the start date of employment through the online account. If you want to know this date, you can call and speak with one of our representatives or send a secure message through your online account.

OPERS does have your entire service credit history available for you to view in your online account and Traditional Pension Plan participants can use the online tools to estimate their future monthly benefit.

If you are looking for what salary your employer has reported over the years and what service credit you earned for each month, you can find this information in two places:

1 – If you click on My Account and then Contributions in the menu, the Employment History section will show you what months you have contributions for, how much service credit for each month you’ve earned and the salary reported by your employer.

2 – On the Home page under the Requestable Documents section, you can generate a service credit history letter that is essentially the same as the information described above, but its printable. You can also specify a certain time period or view your complete history.

Why is it that I can never successfully log into my account on-line…you tell me that I have successfully changed my password, but then you never accept it.
